This historic property had been converted to office space in the 1970s, and the property was being redeveloped into an office park. The construction of three additional buildings and parking areas required extensive landscaping to enhance the grounds and to camoflage HVAC equipment, electrical service panels, etc.

The final landscape design included four formal English gardens, multi-tiered planting beds, extensive ground cover, large mature tree maintenance and preservation, paving stones, retaining walls, perennial and annual flowers, ornamental shrubs and bushes. Estes Landscaping also installed an in-ground irrigation system.

RESIDENTIAL POOL

Extensive brick and stone walls enclose a private hideaway complete with a "spond" – a combination spa, pool, and pond. Fed by traditional fountain heads in the shape of lion heads, the water  can be a still and tranquil pond, or a bubbly spa.

Shrubs, annuals, and ground cover were combined to provide screening from the outside world, as well as beautiful color and texture.
